Brandon Roark, Water & Sewer Superintendent for the City of Franklin, addressed a real concern at Monday’s meeting with the City Council, street repair and maintenance. Roark, who has photographed many problem areas around the city, presented his findings in hopes of increasing the annual budget to get more streets maintained and repaired in 2020-2021.
