Spring Band Banquet left behind things to remembered
The Franklin High School had their annual Spring Banquet on Tuesday, May 22 in the FHS Cafeteria. Everyone enjoyed a great meal of chicken and beef fajitas with all of the trimmings made and served by the FHS cafeteria staff. To top the meal off there were some wonderful desserts made by various band members. Dr.
Neal Woolworth, band director and Elizabeth Wilson, assistant band director, began the program by allowing the senior band members to present certain band members with items to remember them by. Tyler Bates really did not want to be forgotten so he left several items of importance to several people. Senior Ana Galvez left Alondra Ramirez and Jessica Richardson her items of remembrance. Senior Daniel Munoz left Sam Liner a special shirt.
Dr. Woolworth and Ms. Wilson then made some special announcements concerning the 2018-2019 band.
