American Legion out for blood
The American Legion Post #266 held a blood drive Monday. The drive was held at the group’s headquarters in Franklin City Park. The drive was made possible with the help of Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center.
Even though they fell short of their goal everyone was still pleased with the results. Many thanks go out to the twelve donors that participated in the drive.
It only takes one unit to save someone’s life. Who knows that life could be yours. The drive was still quite a productive effort on everyone’s part, especially the donors and the staff from Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center.
