Robertson County Fair 2021 is Happening

Covid 19 transformed our world last year, and one of Robertson County’s oldest events had to be cancelled. The Robertson County Fair has been an annual spring event since 1960. The 2020 Fair was unfortunately cancelled and many hardworking kids were unable to show their animals, crafts, artwork and foods. This year, the Robertson County Fair Association is pleased to announce that the Fair will go on in 2021.

Entries for the fair must be turned in by March 1, but the fairgrounds will start accepting entries as soon as February 23, and on the 25th in Franklin and Bremond. The big annual cleanup will be on the 27th of February if anyone wants to pitch in some elbow grease. The big opening event for the annual affair is the Queen’s Contest and Coronation. Join the community at the Fair-Grounds Fireman’s Hall on March 20th at 6pm to crown the 2021 Queen and Court. Shows and Judging begins Thursday March 25th with the Commercial Heifer interviews. The Creative Arts Gala is also on the 25th at 6pm in the Creative Arts building. On Friday the 26th the Creative Arts viewing begins and the Ag Mechanics awards will be given.
