Lions Club raises funds for charity

The Franklin Lions Club hosted its annual pancake supper at the Pridgeon Center, but this year there was a little more than the traditional sausage and pancakes.

The Lions hosted the event’s first gun raffle.

For a $10 ticket, patrons got a shot at winning a Henry .22LR 2nd amendment rifle, a Mossberg 12 gauge Duck Commander shotgun, a SIG Sauer P250 9mm pistol, and other prizes yet to be announced.
