Wheelock parade set for Independence Day

It’s time once again for the annual Wheelock 4th of July Parade, a Robertson County tradition featuring food and fun with friends and family.

The lineup for the parade starts at 9:30 a.m. at the Historic Wheelock School located near the intersection of Barziza Street and Cavitt Street.

Participants do not need to register. Everyone is welcome. The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. on Barziza Street, and it will go down F.M. 46, F.M. 391 and Commerce Street. It boasts a variety of entertainment, from classic cars to fire trucks and many things in between.
