The Texas A&M Wrangler dance team demonstrating some dance moves for the crowd.

Pioneer Days at Wheelock

The small town of Wheelock was hopping on Saturday. The town was celebrating their annual Pioneer Days event. Everyone was afraid that rain would put a damper on the scheduled events, but it turned out to be a beautiful day.

The many people that came out, enjoyed the many booths of different items and the live entertainment. To the delight of the crowd the dance team, Texas A&M Wranglers, came to demonstrate how to do the Aggie polka and two-step. It did not take long for everyone to realize that they would need quite a few lessons before they could replicate those steps.

If you were in the market for plants, jellies or jams, or a few unique Christmas signs or maybe some fishing lures, or just a pretty handmade necklace, you were in the right place.
