Shotgun Laddie entertained everyone before and after the run.

The Ranch was Glowing

If a person was looking for a good baseball game to watch since the Lions were off Friday night, they were out of luck. No baseball going on at The Ranch but there were still people enjoying the beautiful night at the Franklin High School FFA Glow Run.

This is the third year that the members have chosen this event as their major fundraiser. All proceeds from this event will benefit H.O.P.E. Animal Rescue Shelter and the American Red Cross.

There was a 5k run for adults and a shorter run for the kids. Everyone had either headlamps and/or glow rings. It was a beautiful sight to see all the different colors moving on the dark course.

The Shotgun Laddie band from Waco entertained everyone before and after the run. One member, Skylar Bosley, of the band, was very familiar with Franklin as he was a former FFA member and graduate of Franklin High School.
