BEVERLY JANE GALICK-HOFFPAUIR
Beverly Jane Galick-Hoffpauir of Bremond went to be with the Lord on March 19, 2021, in College Station, Texas, at the age of 62. She was born on August 27, 1958, in Houston, Texas, to John Lee Galick and Frances (Yezak) Galick.
Beverly was one of the last students to attend St. Mary’s Catholic School and went on to graduate from Bremond High School in 1966, as Valedictorian of her graduating class. She attended Texas A&M University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1982. She worked hard and received her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate in 1989. In 1993, she became a Certified Probation Officer (CPO). She also attended Graduate school at Sam Houston State University, where she graduated with a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Management in 1997.
Beverly lived in the Bremond area for 23 years, previously living in Rosenberg, Texas. Through her time of living in Bremond, she worked as a CPA for various firms.
She had a strong passion for gardening, fishing, and, above all, dancing her heart out to good ole country and polish music. She always believed in family and doing everything in her power to make sure her three children succeeded in life. Beverly was a strong woman, had a strong faith in our Lord, and regularly attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bremond.
She was preceded in death by her parents; John and Frances (Yezak) Galick.
Beverly was survived by children: Jared Tanner Hoffpauir, Makayla Jordan Hoffpauir, Skylar LeAnn Hoffpauir, Sister: Marilynn Galick-Brown, Aunt Cheerie Galik, Uncle Charles Galick, Soulmate Bobby Hobby, and numerous cousins and friends and her loving pets.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Bremond Memorial Funeral Home from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, rosary will be at 7:00 pm with a sharing of memories of Beverly to follow. Mass will be Thursday, March 25, 2021 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 11:00 am with Father Celso Yu officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
